Rental Information, Rates & Policies Rates: $300 to $400 per night for a maximum of six guests. DSL Internet Service is included. Personal check, money order, or cashier's check is accepted for all payments. Checks are made payable to: Kim Panighetti, PO Box 1835, Shingle Springs, CA 95682. Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check in time is 4:00PM. Check out time is 10:00AM. If no one is leaving/arriving on the day of your arrival or departure, check in and out times may be more flexible. Security Deposit and Payment: A $500 security deposit is required to secure the reservation. If not received within seven days of tentative scheduling, the reservation may be cancelled. This deposit is refundable provided there is no damage and excessive cleaning is not required. The balance is required 30 days prior to arrival. This includes rental payment, 4% general excise tax and 7.25% hotel tax, and cleaning fee of $125.00. The security deposit (less any fees for damage or cleaning) will be returned within 14 days of departure. Cleaning fee: $125. The house is cleaned prior to arrival and upon departure. Additional maid service can be arranged for an additional fee. Telephone: Local calls for Kauai may be made at no cost. Only toll free numbers are accepted for long distance calls. A calling card is recommended for off-island calls. Directions and Keys: Directions and key information will be provided 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations: Cancellations must be received 60 days prior to scheduled arrival. Refunds: Refunds will be given if the house can be re-booked.
